Default "Veins" on my Amaray Blu-ray cases drive me nuts

Does anyone else have these "veins" on their Blu-ray cases?

I keep getting these BDs with these hideous scales, which make the packaging look terribly cheap IMO.
I have replaced many cases, but it's not easy to get exact replacements when you live outside the US.
I know there are tons of OCD people on here (You are welcome ), yet I have never seen anyone complain about this sad phenomenon, so I wondering if I am the only one getting them (highly unlikely), or if you guys just don't mind (highly unlikely too, IMO).

You can't see it clearly from all angles, as witnessed in the photos included, but it's very apparent.
I just received the replacement for Now You Can See Me, but the exact same issue is present. Lol

We all get them on occasion. Those are caused by a particular shrinkwrap process and too much heat.

Those are Viva Elites, not Amaray™cases.

That's what I thought. Is there anything that can be done to fix them?

Sorry, I just used it as a general term.

Nothing can be done to fix those cases. You'd just have to replace them.

I agree, they look awful. I keep a stack of empty cases to swap out damaged cases.

I received a title today that had the same issue. I have had a few titles through like this, and I have a few spare slim cases that I swap them with.

I do the same when I receive a title with an Eco case, I swap it and recycle the Eco case. Well they are 'Eco'.

I'll buy a lot of used blu rays that have that problem. I always have replacement cases ready for problems like that and others such as buying used blu rays that smell like cigarette smoke.

No. I replace any cases like that with new ones I order from Casetopia. (I mean look at those! How could anyone stand it?!)

Yes, my OCD is indeed that bad.

I just returned one to Amazon today. If I get a movie on sale, I don't mind replacing the case myself, but I paid nearly full price for this one. Also, I find that this is often evidence of repackaging, which bugs the heck out of me. This one had traces of the initial plastic wrap underneath the new plastic wrap, proving that it indeed was repackaged. When advertised as new, I expect a new unopened package, so back it goes.

I wouldn't consider that OCD. It really looks awful.

The studios repackage old blus, not Amazon.

Anyway, these snake lines don't bother me.

Hideous! I swap out all of theses, along with eco/Eco-lite & Vortex cases for Viva Elites.
