Did Grooves Inc go out of business or something?

It may just be taking a while for the stuff to get to you. I've placed 5 separate orders and everything has come in a-okay. Granted, it took @ 3 to 4 weeks to get to me, but considering how good their prices are compared to amazon.de (usually), I don't mind the wait.

PS: I live in Louisville, KY (USA) and they ship from Germany, so 3 to 4 weeks is actually pretty decent for the low shipping rates.

Customer service with them has always taken a while to get a response if you even get one. Winter does slow shipping down.

I've ordered from them plenty of times in the past and never had any issues. Unfortunately they've pretty much became obsolete when Amazon.de lowered the shipping cost to the US.
