Dammit!
I'll stick with my German one, since it now has the movie disc and bonus features disc in it.

Probably spot on.

The TF1 UK steel was horrible.

It wasn't the best, but at least it had interior artwork, embossing, and removable back info, unlike the original black German steelbook.

It was missing the 2nd disc, but I soon fixed that.
It's nicer in hand, and it goes better with the FutureShop TF2 and German TF3 steelbooks. At least, in my opinion.

I see I was wrong again about the amaray artwork being used.
Sorry.

I only said that, as Paramount had done it to the last few UK steelbooks that they have released through Zavvi ("Thor", "Captain America") and even though Play.com ("Iron Man 1", "Iron Man 2", "Transformers 1").

Still don't think it'll have the bonus features disc though, as the first UK release of this film was barebones, with the bonus features disc being in the second release.

Looks identical to the German one though, so no need for me to get it, since my German one has the movie disc, and bonus features disc in it.

With TF2 & TF3 coming out, it would be nice to know if a re-release of TF1 might also be on tap at some point.

The original release is widely available and very cheap, no need for a re-release.

it's still not live yet, so it's not found via zavvi search.

Slight angle change on the interior artwork from the German version, to show off both Sentinel and Optimus.

Otherwise, pretty much exactly the same as whats been released before.

I realize that, but to clarify, I meant a re-release that better matches the aesthetic of these current ones (ie: full cover wrapped art as opposed to a giant embossed border). Not expecting it; just thought it would be cool to get all three in one swoop is all
