Anybody else going to purchase this wonderful indie when it comes out? Saw it recently and really really liked it. The naturalism and unpretentiousness of the subject matter, it's quietly engaging with a strong singular focus on the title character and also features career best performances from all cast members.

The yank blu ray sounds great so i'm hoping we are treated to a good disc too.

Got this through LoveFilm the other day and was blown away! Little gem indeed! Fantastic acting across the board. If I'd seen it in the cinema it would be firmly in my top 5 of the year. Highly recommended!

I liked it right up until

[Show spoiler]the two nannies got it on and decided to keep the kid.

. Kind of wasn't realistic for me after that.

[Show spoiler]They didn't decide to just keep the kid. Julianne Moore's character finally gets it and basically allows them to be guardians of her until she's sorted out her business. They get her but it's not like they just decided it. And there was nothing unrealistic about the two getting together. Such scenarios will encourage people towards each other, specially since they both had the same intention.

Just watched this - enjoyable and nicely put together if a little uneventful.
Hmmm the plot development mentioned above was ok but yeah, didn't sit totally comfortably with me.

Still, a decent watch but no lasting impression.
