Cool. I'd never seen this show until a few months ago when I found it on Netflix but only got to check out the pilot movie and a couple episodes before it was removed. The movie was great and looked terrific in HD.

Awesome news. I sold off my DVD set last year in the hopes that this would happen.

This show is cool but there are some things I'd change if it were up to me. I'm gonna go call my friend Paul.

Wow, what a pleasant surprise. I've only seen a handful of shows, so this might be a nice set to have.
More 70's/80's tv on BD please!

This is great news in and of itself (I loved this show in the 70s and it's held up very well since) and it makes me hope a US release of Columbo might be in the cards reasonably soon.

Nice.

edit: oh, and $130??? If the quality is even reasonably good that's a freaking steal.

Wow! Mill Creek is just plowing through Universal's TV catalog. Hope we get "Columbo", "Magnum PI" and "A-Team" before too long.

Knowing Mill Creek, it'll probably be less than half that by its release date.

Yeah, Miami Vice is like $45 right now.

I've almost bitten on the Japanese Columbo set for around $300, if Mill Creek releases it I can probably get like six of them for that

Quantum Leap was $100 MSRP, and down to 50ish from everyone but Amazon by release date, so, maybe Rockford will be in the 60-70 range.

Fantastic, they showed the HD masters here in the UK on BBC2HD and they looked great, TV's best theme tune ever.

Looking forward to it.

No different than Quantum Leap, for the most part.

Season 1 was 23 episodes and he movie, seasons 2-5 were 22 each, and season 6 was 12. So the episode per disc breakdown will probably be 6 per disc on 4 discs for season 1, 6-5-6-5 for 2-5, and 6 and 6 for season 6.

If only so Image's Twilight Zone set has a companion, since the 1980s TZ will never make it to HD.
