Default Rise of Planet Apes Redemption question

So I just picked up a copy of Rise of the Planet of the Apes and went to redeem the digital copy. Only issue is the box gave a code for just the iTunes DC while I'd rather have the UV copy.. Is it just strictly iTunes or is there a way to get the UV version? If not then I don't really have a need for this code :/

edit: reason I ask is because I purchased a copy of Abbott & Costello Meet Frankenstein on blu which has a code inside advertised for a digital copy on iTunes. However, when I redeemed it I had the option of Vudu instead, thus getting the UV version over iTunes.

I would think it'd only work for iTunes only because the insert doesn't say UV at all.. I have the same one and I was wondering the same thing.. Has this code expired do you know?

I believe this came out right before FOX started using UV. It's possible that if you email the studio they might issue you a new code, but that's very YMMV.
