United Kingdom CeX

I don't know if this is really the right place to post this, but I had to vent my frustration about CeX. First of all, I tried to buy a DVD from them which didn't turn out so well. Since the channel Dave started playing repeats of Robot Wars Extreme, it brought back a lot of memories, so I looked around for any old DVDs of the show. CeX had one copy of the Razer DVD in stock online, so I snatched it up... or so I thought. I had an email from them a week later telling me that they were unable to locate the item and that I would be refunded. However, when I logged on afterwards, what did I see? The same item with a button that said "Add To Basket". However they did remove this a few hours later without me trying to make the purchase again, so I guess they really didn't have it. Just wish they would make up their minds though.

And then today, I tried to buy Transporter 3, as they had some copies of the Blu-ray steelbook online for £8. So I added one to my basket, tried to checkout, and then they told me I had card details missing, despite the fact that they were all filled in when I went to my account. Nevertheless, I filled these in again where I was prompted, and got told that my card was declined. Now just to clarify, this page surely can't be fraudulent. It is an "https: uk.webuy.com" page, linked to their website, and doesn't just happen when I add Transporter 3. I tried it with some other items and it still didn't work. Yes I know I can alternatively pay with PayPal, but if CeX can't offer decent service to me I'd rather not buy from them at all. I think they're OK for selling stuff to, but I highly doubt I will ever buy from them again.

Sorry about all that ranting, I just really had to get that off my chest.
