USA Redeem in UK - Flixter UK

Hi,

I've read other posts and am a little unsure whether USA codes can be redeemed and playable through my uk flixter account? Or would I have to only redeedm on a US flixter account and change the DNS region on my computer/roku etc in order to play the movie correctly?

You just need to change the region to redeem the code. Once it's redeemed it will be in your account. No need to change region to view it

I think a UK member should start a list of what US codes port over (and which don't). I'm fairly certain people would contribute feedback that could then be added to the list. Just an idea, as such a thread exists for UK to US codes.

While I can't say with certainty the "Non-US UV's which transfer to VUDU" list works in reverse, it could be used as a rough guide for US to UK. since we already know from it the UK UV ALIDs do not line up with the US UV ALIDs. It would be an assumption, but not totally out of left field, to assume those same US UV ALIDs do not work in reverse going back to UK UV ALIDs.

Maybe someone from the UK, Ireland, Australia, or Canada could offer some insight into any luck they've had, or not had, with US UV codes porting.
