Default 7 years in Review: Or how the PS3 "Has No Games"

At the end of this generation, I thought it would be nice to do a little recap of the past 7 years for the PS3 as far as games go.
Granted, it isn't the end for the console, but with the release of the PS4 all the focus and attention is now squarely on the "Next Generation", now actually the "Current Gen", and over the course of the next 4 years or so the PS3 will gradually phase out of sight, and eventually of production.

The title is of course somewhat misleading, but how many times have owners of PS3 seen this statement by other gamers?
In order to start things off, I thought a little review of the past 7 years in "Game of The Year" Awards was appropriate.

The awards come from the most consulted sources:
Eurogamer (UK), IGN, Gamespot, Gametrailers, Spike VGX, Kotaku, Joystiq, Giant Bomb, Game Informer, EDGE and the big Bad Metacritic itself.

I will thus list the number of pure exclusives (at release of game vs to this day) having won the Game of the Year award for any given platform, before the GoTY of 2013 which will be included later and are sure to for some of them contain some TLOU, and who knows perhaps some Beyond as well (the awards are released between December and January):

Game of The Year Exclusives 2007 - 2013 (# at release of game / # still exclusive as of Dec 2013)
**Edited: to reflect current data as of Jan 10th 2014, with the 2013 GOTY awards **

Windows PC - 2 / 0 (2x Portal)
Nintendo Wii - 7 / 7 (6x Super Mario Galaxy, 1x Super Mario Galaxy 2)
Xbox 360 - 7 / 1 (5x Mass Effect 2, 1 x Fez,1x Fable 2)
Playstation 3 - 21 / 21 (2x LBP, 1 x MGS4, 8x Uncharted 2, 1 x Demon's Souls, 1x Uncharted 3, 3x Journey, 5x The Last Of Us)

So much for "Has No Games", right?

Now for those past 7 years (2007 - 2013) I wanted to give each year my personal 1 or 2 PS3 favorites (exclusive or not), and feel free to do the same.
