Two Hammers on the way from Pidax & Hands Of The Ripper appears to include the US Television scenes. Shame the Vampire Circus sleeve art is rather poor, considering what could've been used:

Most of the artwork I've seen for Vampire Circus is rather bland. One exception is the Japanese poster which I like enough that I framed it.

The artwork on the Pidax dvd of Hands Of The Ripper looks better than the Blu-ray. That remains one of my favourite Hammer movies.
