All Is Lost redeem issues!?

Anybody having issues redeeming "All Is Lost"

When you redeem on flixster it's adding it into a section that says "Unavailable for streaming or download on Flixster" How can this be? I mean, when you redeem it gives you the option to redeem on Flixster and when you do, you're not able to watch it. So what the hell. Anybody else having issues with this?

I'm trying to reach out to lionsgate digital copy customer support and they don't even have the movie listed from the drop down bar so I can't even reach out to them about the issue.

Is there another studio that I can reach out to and try to get this resolved?

I redeemed my code through Vudu, and it worked without any problems. Haven't watched it yet, but I did test the film on my phone via the Vudu app, and the movie plays fine.

Strange... Mine isn't working at all. It gives you the option to redeem via vudu or flixster. I always choose flixster so that it pushes to my uv and then pushes to my vudu so I can watch on my PS3/PS4, etc. For some reason, this isn't the case. It's only showing up on my UV account and nothing else.

Who would be the best person to contact for this issue? VUDU?

You have to contact Flixster since you redeemd it there. Just as a FYI, I always redeem VUDU instead of Flixster. It will still get pushed to your UV locker and any other providers you have linked to your UV account.

I would also try redeeming on Vudu and see what happens. You will probably get the invalid code error, but I would still try.

Perhaps try logging out of those services and logging back in? Maybe that will force the services to re-sync to/from one another and maybe it will show up in Vudu that way.

So I'm confused. When you redeem via flixster does it push to UV or to VUDU? So if you redeem on flixster it pushes to your UV account, and since my vudu and UV account are linked it should auto feed over to my vudu account correct? By redeeming on my flixster account the movie is showing on my UV account but isn't pushing over to my vudu account. So this is where I'm a bit confused when they say it will be UV enabled this afternoon. Does that mean the UV movie will push over to VUDU this afternoon?

Yes, once the title is UV enabled it should show up in your Vudu account automatically. If a title is not UV, it will not transfer over to other UV retailers. Same goes for purchases on retailer stores, even if you have your TargetTicket account, Vudu account, etc linked together, you must make sure the title is UV enabled at each location if you want them to transfer over to each other.

Hijacking my own thread for a moment. Is there a good site to see if a code is a combo code? Both UV and Itunes combo? I never really found a rhyme or reason as to which codes are combo codes and which aren't. Any way to tell?

Quick summary:

Sony: always uv only

WB : always uv only

Fox: uv without disc and some will allow iTunes with disc using same code

LionsGate: big releases are iTunes + uv; smaller releases are uv only; you can tell by redemption link printed on slip - redeemmovie.com = uv only OR movieredeem.com = iTunes + uv

Universal new releases: iTunes + uv

Universal catalog title re-releases: usually choice of iTunes or uv but not both

Paramount: from blu typically iTunes + uv; from dvd is uv only

Disney/Marvel: never uv (they don't participate); some are choice of iTunes, vudu, amazon or google play and those are usually "blockbuster" titles; smaller releases like Sword and Stone, etc do not usually include iTunes option

HBO: choice of vudu or iTunes + uv on flixster specifically; can often redeem all 3 parts if you enter code directly into iTunes and then used redemption web page link to redeem for vudu and for flixster
