Default Anchorman & Talladega Nights dual commentaries

So, from what I understand, Adam McKay's Anchorman and Talladega Nights both had two commentaries. On DVD, one was on the Theatrical versions and one on the Unrated.

Does the Blu-ray of each only contain the Unrated commentaries? It seems like buying the old theatrical DVDs might be the only way to get them. Talladega Nights' Theatrical DVD has a commentary supposedly recorded for the movie's 35th anniversary (in the future), which sounds interesting, but I probably wouldn't buy another DVD for it.

The Talladega Nights Blu-Ray definitely only has the Unrated commentary, same as the DVD. I know, because now I gotta buy a copy of the WS TC DVD and put it in my Blu-Ray case, especially considering it sounds like the better, funnier commentary of the two. The TC has McKay, Ferrell, and Reilly pretending they are recording the commentary in 2029, reflecting on a movie they made in their youth, whereas I listened to the first 15 minutes of the Unrated commentary, and it's McKay and Roberts being facetiously pretentious and it got boring fast.

Yeah, I think the idea of exclusive commentaries is pretty horrible. The future commentary sounds like a cool idea.
