Default Rayman Legends vs Knack!

Now that both are 39.99 for PS4..

which one do you think is better?

Rayman Legends is a more polished and visually pleasing game.

Knack is rough around the edges, but is one of the rare games that gets difficulty tuning "almost" right.

Depending on who's playing the game, I think kids will enjoy Knack more (almost zero frustration despite high levels of difficulty), while Rayman Legends will amuse adults more (high levels of difficulty and you feel pretty good when you hit perfect sequences).

Apples and Oranges! Both are a lot of fun to play but hardly comparable. While both may fall in the same "platformer" genre, gameplay and presentation between the two are night and day.

For me Rayman Legends is a big step back from Origins while Knack was surprisingly good. That being said Rayman is still the better platformer. But like Steel said two totally different kinds of platformers. Swap Force and Knack are more comparable. Knack wins that one

Knack but only because I've finished it & know it's an instant classic. Have Rayman on other PS devices & am looking forward to this though. Make me choose, n I'll pick Knack.

I finally got Rayman today after an excruciating wait for a PS4 version. I love it. Love it. The visuals aren't that much better than those on the ps3 demo, but the game is hella fun. Haven't played Knack, but Rayman is great.

They seem kind of different to me so it is hard to compare. I really enjoyed Knack and while I've only just gotten started on Rayman, I'm enjoying that so far as well.

Knack was missing some elements for me to really be on board with it. I think now that the price is dropping I will give it another shot if I can grab it for cheap or just wait for it to be on PS Plus for free. My copy of Rayman Legends is coming in the mail any time now so I hope that's good!

My vote goes for Knack. I just started playing Rayman Legends today. I played and gold the 4 paintings in the beginning of the game. It's fun but hasn't given me the excitement like Knack has when I first started playing. My problem with Raymond is that I have a hard time with running and jumping. Seems this game is more challenging than Knack in my opinion. Not sure how long I'll last playing Rayman, but I'll keep playing more this weekend.

I think one comparable attribute of both games is that they are harder than they look like they should be. For sure, those who found frustration in Knack are going to find Rayman just as, if not more maddening. Restarting checkpoints over and over and over just to get one stupid thing. Rayman is hard, but at least within my grasp. I'm also playing Injustice right now, which is another very hard game to command.

No contest in terms of quality (Rayman all the way) but Knack's not much of a platformer, it's a brawler.

Rayman's a great platformer, if you've got any of the platforms the demo's been released for, give it a try.

You really didn't. Rayman is one of the best if not the very best platformer in years. Knack was a bad to at best average game.
