Looking to get a tablet with my tax return

Assuming I get some $ back, I want to get a tablet and put the rest in savings. Trying to find a decent 7" tablet for under $200, I think an Asus 32 GB is probably the way to go. Would it make that big of a difference if I got a 16 GB instead? I intend to mostly use this thing to stream but may also use it occasionally to browse the Internet or watch a digital copy.
