I'd love to see a Steelbook for Catching Fire with her darker dress (wings spread) or the transition from the lighter to darker dress while she's on stage there. That would just be phenomenal.

That is not the cover. Just a placeholder image being used for the SB announcement.

There will also be 2 designs for this one as well.

I have a source with FutureShop that says they still have no idea what is happening with Catching Fire. A new distribution company has control over the franchise since the first release, so it's still all up in the air. And, I highly doubt that there will be 2 different steelbooks this time around.

eOne, who bought Alliance Films last year which was the distributor in Canada. Luckily, eOne doesn't print Steelbooks in bilingual... lately though.

Sorry, I shouldn't have stated it so factual. A colleague of mine at Scanavo Calgary is who said, quote: "No worries, that's NOT the cover. And you can expect two variant designs again if things don't change". So I'll take that as "proof" that we'll see a proper/different cover, but I guess there's a chance that they'll only make one version this time around. With the original complete sellout of the D12 variant last year, he said there has been a lot of talk about trying to do that again with Catching Fire, but it's ultimately Future Shop's final call if that happens. The new distro company, as always, has ziltch to do with any decision in that regard.

Yeah I highly doubt of all the images they could use for a steelbook, they'd go with that one.
