Australia Red Tails

Does anyone know if and when the WWII docu-drama Red Tails is going to be released in Australia? It was released on BD in the US last year but more than 12 months later it hasn't even hit the rental market. So what's the story and why the hold up?

Totally forgot that this hadn't been released locally. I imported the UK release when it was released over there, was a good transfer, although the film didn't quite work.

It's not an accurate telling of their story by any stretch but it is a good popcorn movie. The worst thing about the entire movie is the use of cliche sound effects such as the whoosh of Wile E. Coyote's Acme rocket for the Me 262's jets.

I imported mine from the UK when it was released.

If I recall it never made it to theaters out here, and it didn't do all that well overseas so there's probably no market for it out here.

Just import it from Amazon if you really want to see it.
