Asiana Airlines 777 crash lands at SFO

Federal Aviation Administration spokeswoman Laura Brown said Flight 214 crashed while landing on runway 28 left at the airport at 11:26 PDT.

Evidence of debris at the sea wall indicate the plane was too low on approach, and the tail section hit the seawall and then came off, tumbling end over end on the runway. The rest of the plane had a hard landing.



Some early reports are saying that all passengers and crew (291-303...) successfully evacuated the plane, before fire engulfed the plane's fuselage. But reports of some fatalities and numerous injuries are now coming out.
