Over the years, the Disney company has produced many memorable songs for their animated films. Which ones make you laugh, cry, or sing along, and why?

Hi Ho!

I had a record of Disney songs as a kid and I would play "Hi Ho" over and over again on my Fisher Price record player.

From the choices above, I picked "You'll Be in My Heart" from Tarzan. "Once Upon a Dream" is great too.

But I also like "You've Got a Friend in Me" from Toy Story, "Almost There" from The Princess and the Frog, "Kiss the Girl" from The Little Mermaid and "I Won't Say I'm in Love" from Hercules. I'm sure there's more.

"Candle on the Water" from PETE'S DRAGON.

I also really like "The Siamese Cat Song" and "Bella Notte (This Is the Night)" from LADY AND THE TRAMP.

This said, the vast majority of singing in Disney cartoons irritates the shit out of me.

I felt like the Lion King was missing 2 songs to choose from so I went with Other because I'm a fan of the song Be Prepared sung by Scar and then Simba singing I Can't Wait To Be King

Just to clarify some things, the reason I didn't include CG films is because when I think of the word "animated", those usually aren't what comes to mind. Also, I left out films like "Pete's Dragon" and the like, because those were mostly live-action. As for why certain songs from films weren't included, I listed the most well-known ones, and included the "Other" option for the rest of them.
