Default Bought the Spidey Trilogy but thinking of taking it back.....

And just pick up another PS3 (40gb obviosuly) with SM3. I can get a really good deal on the PS3 too.

I have spiderman 1 and 2 on DVD so I guess I am in no hurry to get it on blu.

This PS3 would be in our theater instead of our 20gb PS3. The only thing holding me up is the lack of decoding or passthrough of DTS MA on most of the fox movies. I REALLY would like to take advantage of the audio now that I have an onkyo 805.

Send some advice this way please.

Why the upgrade from the 20 to 40g? You could just pick up a larger harddrive and save the $ for some other goodies.

I have the 20g and it's been real good to me, meanwhile, if there's a hot enough deal, I'm thinking of picking up an 80g system and giving my 20 to my brother as a Christmas gift.

Get it on Blu. The transfer is so beautiful. You'll be kicking yourself in the ass if you take it back. The Superbit versions don't even compare to Blu-ray, let alone the regular DVD transfers.

Since you've already got it... keep the trilogy. You won't regret it.

My $0.02.

I was going to put the 40gb model in the theater (perm.) and move the 20gb into our family room. I am getting tired of moving it from one location to another.

Spidy looks great on blu ray, pitty number 3 story doesnt improve. Parker dancing and many obvious plot holes make me cry.
