Default Next Gen Fence Sitters

This is mainly for those who haven't bit on the XB1 or PS4. If not, why not?

Are you leaning one over another?

I'll get a PS4 when a 'must have' game appears.

Right now I can't comfortably afford it, and very few games interest me. I still have loads of untouched games for 5th-7th gen systems.

That's pretty much my opinion also. The XB1 or the PS4 do not have anything that 'grabs' me yet. I do think I'm leaning significantly more PS4 this time, because the quality of the system is better and without the other features the Kinect enhanced it is easily the lesser hardware system. Eventually I'll have both though, and will gravitate to whichever one feels more fun to me.

Regardless, the lack of compelling or 'must have' games is really what is holding me back from deciding which of the next gen to go with. There are quite a few that look promising, but to be perfectly honest a few won't do it.

Especially if I can buy the same game on the current gen (360 or PS3) and the image quality isn't obvious or drastic.

I am waiting for $ mostly. It's not in my budget at the moment.
Also, I would like to use my old games on the system.

I am thinking Xbox because of the Kinect voice commands.

I will be cutting back my bills and getting rid of DISH Network. My PC will be connected to it and will be running Windows Media Center as a OTA tuner and DVR. The voice commands will control the WMC. I'm lazy and sometimes looking for the remote can take too long lol. I have a 360 and my wife laughs at me when I try to control the DVR with voice commands.

Waiting for the days of the "Demolition Man" movie when I can walk into my house and say "Illuminate" and the lights turn on, as long it is a decent price.

Also, I'm thinking of purchasing a Surface Pro 3... Definitely do not have the $ for that, but would totally be worth it.
