It's okay, but I was a little disappointed by it. Seemed quite funny from the trailer, but suffered heavily from the best-bits-in-the-trailer syndrome. Although there's a great bit near the end with Nick Offerman.

It will be in very good condition, I have bought many from XV and all have been in great nick. It will say rental copy at the top, but all extras will be on the disc, same as the retail release.
