Vudu redeemed movies not transferring - Blu-ray Forum

How is it, after all this time, I still can't get several of the films I've redeemed through Vudu to show up in my digital locker when I go over the Ultraviolet website?

Vudu is the only redemption site that I use for my Ultraviolet digital copy codes I get when I purchase BDs.

And yet, there's about 10 films that I've redeemed on Vudu that haven't shown up on the Ultraviolet website.

What do I need to do to fix this so I can possibly delete some of these films on the Ultraviolet website?

Are you sure that the problematic movies are UV? In other words, is there a UV symbol to the left of the studio name when you look at their overview tab? If they're not UV (Vudu only), they won't transfer to the other redemption sites or be listed on uvvu.com.

All right, so I think I might of figured this out but not sure.

Okay, so I have two Ultraviolet accounts, using my email address and actually named exactly the same but for some reason I can't merge the two.

But, the films did transfer between the two accounts (which seems stupid) so I started cleaning up the films (from both accounts) I didn't want and all the films I didn't want deleted from my Ultraviolet account except for UNDERWORLD AWAKENING.

What's funny is that UNDERWORLD AWAKENING doesn't show up in my Vudu digital locker. Even funnier is that I deleted both HUNGER GAMES films from my Ultraviolet account and yet on Vudu, only the first film deleted but CATCHING FIRE didn't.

What the hell gives?
