Weird merging of threads... - Blu-ray Forum

Mods...I really appreciate what you guys are doing here, but, some of the merging that you are doing is kind of weird....

Instead of throwing all the posts that corelate into one heaping thread, how about you lock the misc. threads with a post that says, "Please use existing thread located here....'linky' ".

Just an idea...

A lot of times the newly created thread has good posts in it, so you don't want to lock the whole thread down, therefore it's better to merge it with the existing discussion and continue the discussions there
