This is why I always redeem movies from their respective Studio sites. I was going to redeem ABOUT LAST NIGHT from Sony. They have the thing that when you type in the code, it shows you the Definition type at the top of the page before you continue redeeming it. Catching that it said SD, I called their incredibly friendly and accomodating customer service and had them redeem it for me. After a few minutes the guy redeemed it for me in HD. Give CS a call and I am sure they will fix it for you. The most they ask of you is to read to them the barcode on the back of the blu-ray case. Seriously, that's it. Hope this helps.

I've only dealt with Sony customer service twice via email, but agree they are top-notch. In both cases, codes that erroneously redeemed in SD were fixed within minutes. Wish every company tied to UV was so efficient!
