Default Aguirre: The Wrath of God blu-ray release
Picked this up yesterday.

Pretty pleased by the picture quality, but it has the vertical black bars, which I never like. I assume that's because it's being presented in the proper aspect ratio, but for me it's still distracting.

The only real disappointment is the complete lack of special features. It's exactly the same as the dvd. Can't believe they couldn't put together at least one small feature on the making of and the legacy of such a classic film.

Still, I'm very happy to finally have this on blu-ray.
