Easy way to get pics from my PC onto my phone?

I'm a real noob when it comes to phones, so I need your help. I just installed BBM messenger for Android on my phone and want to attach a pic to my profile, but I don't have any on the phone I want to use. How do I go about getting some PC pics onto my phone?

email them to yourself? or upload them to g+, dropbox, drive, whatever from your computer and download via that app on the device

let me help you in this thing install a app on your phone name "wifi file transfer pro" download & instaqll it on your phone every time you open it it will give you a link open that link on your pc and volla! you can access your phone from computer wireless make updations, delete files or upload new ones. thank me later try it first!

or just plugin your phone with cable to pc. in windows explorer you have new drive that is your phone. you can just drag and drop files. no 3rd party program needed.

or - take one you like with phones camera
