while the US blu-ray reports 95 minutes, so is it Cut compared to the German edition?

I do not understand what the actual duration of the movie is in the US blu-ray that is just a Rated "R" movie version, unfortunately!

Is whether the German blu-ray actually lasts longer than two or three minutes.. maybe Ger blu-ray is the Unrated version?
