Both my apps stopped working on the same day; two days ago. I have spent to much time on the phone with At&t support and been told it isn't them, to contact the companies. Both had the same response that it is AT&T. I called them back and told them and they told me that they can sign on with my info so it's not their problem and that was it. If anyone has had any similar experience and can help it would be greatly appreciated.
Both apps are telling me I need to subscribe to the service, which I do. Both apps won't actually let me log in at all. I've tried from my laptop, computer and ipad all of which give me the same error. |
