James Bond Villain Schemes: Which ones seem plausible or unrealistic?

Just watched Tomorrow Never Dies yesterday and I never realized until now that the villain's plot to orchestrate world conflict and control the media was so realistic - sort of reminded me of the plausible conspiracy of USA govt and/or shadow govt/NWO causing 9/11 or shooting down Malaysian airlines in order to stir up world conflict.

On Her Majesty's Secret Service: plausible (contamination of world food supply aka GMO)
Diamonds Are Forever: unrealistic

The Man with the Golden Gun: unrealistic
The Spy Who Loves Me: unrealistic
Moonraker: plausible (while not quite leaving to outer space, shadow govt/NWO's overall plans does seem like a plot to wipe out the world population and to re-create humanity with a master race.)
For Your Eyes Only: plausible
Octopussy: plausible
Never Say Never Again: unrealistic
A View To a Kill: unrealistic
The Living Daylights: plausible
License to Kill: plausible
GoldenEye: unrealistic
Tomorrow Never Dies: plausible
The World is Not Enough: ?? not sure what the villain's plan was ?.
Die Another Day: unrealistic
Casino Royale: plausible
Quantum of Solace: plausible (and Nestle CEO just recently wanted to participate in this evil scheme too)
Skyfall: plausible I guess (George Bush Jr attacked Iraq based on revenge)
