Angry First attempt to D2D at Walmart...

I had a very negative experience today at my local Walmart.

I do most of this stuff at home, but there's always a few key DVDs that don't work on my computer, so my only option is to go to my local store and have them do it...OR NOT!

I mean, I'm not just imagining this stuff right? Walmart does, in fact, have this thing called VUDU that you can use to transfer your stuff to digital?? Because the associate at the photo center sternly refused me and looked at me like I was an idiot. She kept saying that they cannot do anything with movies because they are copyright protected. I tried to explain to her that this is Walmart's own program, and the whole point is to be able to digitize one's own collection. She said no and told me to have a nice day. WOW.

I'm sorry, but am I doing this wrong? I even had the printed order list with the subtotal on it for my order! Who the hell do I contact to get this store in gear? Unfortunately, it's the only one in my small crappy town so I guess certain movies I have will just never get into the cloud.
