This will be the one to get. With Disney not allowing differences on the steelbook art between the different countries, the slips have now become the defining differences. And Kimchi seem to be doing the best work at this currently.

Except for allowing Blufans exclusive artwork on their titles, assuming it follows the current trend, this won't be the one to get.

Server will probably crash, and the same people from HDN will get it.

each to their own regarding artwork - tis why I often opt for the Kimichi lenti's=nicest artwork for most releases, and these new clear slips they are adding make it 3 variations of artwork for a single steel! bargain!!

But I think you'll find blufans average £55 per steel where as kimichi's are only £35 - thats a ridiculous increase for blufans AND their extras arent any better than kimichi's.

Blufans are clearly the overpriced retailers of the two and their WEA's have yet to beat cheaper alternatives IMO. Wreck it Ralph being case in point - externally the Zavvi steel is perfect vs blufans version (internally, the Zavvi artwork is ok, but could easily have been better had they stuck with the exterior style). Again, this is IMO and we can argue artwork superiority until the cows come home, but saying Kimichi are overpriced and inferior, when they are on average £20 cheaper then blufans, is just plainly incorrect as artwork aside, they are the same types of steelbook package.

If you can never actually obtain Kimchi steelbooks due to very low quantity and super high demand... doesn't really matter how good the artwork, or how low the price.
I'll, gladly, pay a few extra dollars to not have to deal with server crashes and a non-loading site when trying to order...but that's just me.

Not sure if serious ? Because you are over paying for recycled ww art and a slipcover.

but I HAVE obtained the steels

but I see your point, kind of. Though arent the blufans steels super limited also?
The kimichi servers and more importantly the fact that items can be taken from one cart to another DOES need to be fixed - getting all the way through checkout, to then be told an item in your cart is OOS is ridiculous and highly unfair. Then again, the HDN GB options the did for Frozen seemed to help and ensure many/most collectors were able to grab a copy. Hope they apply a similar method to this CA:TWS steel to allow more collectors and less scalpers to grab copies.

*deep breath and I'll repeat*
Firstly, blufans artwork is always horrid IMO, with the only exception being the arcade game style lenticular slip for WiR-that was nice, but the steel underneath? Horrible and childlike. I repeat-the Zavvi artwork for Ralph was better and less than half the price of the Blufans version.

Secondly, why would I pay on average £20 more for what I deem to be sub-par artwork, especially compared to the stunning lenticular slip versions kmichi are currently blasting out? Saving myself £20 is the opposite of overpaying.

Thirdly, the whole argument of WEA becomes moot when the artwork is ugly. People who opt for blufans steels are severely overpaying IMO - £50-£60 per steel?! ridiculous!!...but that's up to them and fair play if they prefer that artwork/extras vs other editions.

lastly, if you dislike kimichi steels so much, why are you wasting your time in a kimichi thread I wonder?
Seems odd and smells of troll

Opinions how do they work again ? Are you being disingenuous on purpose ? no blu fans steel has ever been 50-60 quid retail except maybe there bundled releases so your argument is invalid.

With me being a fan of both blu fans and kimichi I have always felt that they each have their own style. It just comes down to preference if you had to pick one(many just get both versions). Also saying that blufans has horrible artwork most times is is strictly an opinion and one that most would disagree with all day long. Prices are what they are and at the end of the day only the purchaser can define what's overpriced by electing to buy it.

Ps saying zavvi artwork for wreck it ralph was better then blu fans is laughable.

your clearly just trying to start an argument for the heck of it now, and failing to read plain English
$50-$60 - DOLLARS! not GBP/pounds/quid/£

So I'm blocking you now. Reply all you want, I've stated my valid case and opinion several times and give up on your trolling.

considering its barely out in cinema, it does seem a tad early for artwork...

but I'm gagging to see what they come out with too

But like you say, its personal opinion is it not?

Dont get me wrong, I'm the last person to say anything nice about Zavvi and despise having to use them due to their exclusivity with certain steels, but they oddly did get it right with Wreck it Ralph, finish and all (and I'm aware the majority would disagree, but again, its MY opinion.
Price initially put me off Blufans, but after seeing the artwork (aside from the one nice slip they did) confirmed I made the right decision by not jumping on the first Ralph steel to come along.

I do like that we have the variations offered by both Kimichi and Blufans, but blufans have yet to justify their price so far as I'm concerned, or convince me to even consider their high price with amazing artwork (of which their WEA's have sucked IMO so far).
Still, am all for the variation option they provide collectors, I just have yet to be pursued to shop with them.

but you are the one that put £ in your previous comment. (below) I was going to question the same thing. So before you roast another poster alive about questioning it, maybe you should check yourself.

Also... wth is up with your "opinion" (if that's what you want to call it) of BF steelbook artwork.. Look we get it.. you don't like Blufans and you think they're overpriced. (as shown below multiple times), but honestly... how can you come to the conclusion that their artwork is awful?

What about Oz, widely regarded as one of the nicest steelbooks ever. I've seen it myself in hand. It's amazing. It's basically perfect in all regards. What about UP? Something "horrid" about that? What about the new Monsters U? Something "horrid" about that one?

It's one thing having an opinion. It's another to make ridiculous statements that amount to nothing more than utter nonsense.
