Even though the Doctor is determined to broker a peace deal between the two sides in this conflict and help everyone escape safely, Maaga doesn't trust him, or the Rills...

Just had an email about a steelbook from Zavvi and they've got DVD, regular blu and steelbook blu for pre-order on their site for £14.99, £19.99 and £29.99 respectively. Release date is supposedly 31/12/21 but that might just be a placeholder.

HMV says release 15th November.

Agreed! Love the colors in it (and in the preview clip/trailer we got). So excited for a Hartnell adventure to get the animation treatment again. Roll on November!

The colours are nice but the perspective on the chumbley on that steelbook cover is making my teeth itch

I couldn’t remember if the Rills were actually in the surviving episode or if there were any photos so I’ve just had a quick look. A bit like Jabba the Hutt with tusks.

Before the recovery of Episode 3, there were no photos of them and we had to rely on the recollections of people who saw the episodes once decades before.

Hmm… after the god awful character models in Web, the fact this trailer hides any human animation does make me slightly suspicious. Now the argument can be made that it’s not ready yet, but with two months to go, they must have some finished renders?

Surprised that they didn’t take the opportunity to hit THE CRUSADE if they’re moving on to the Hartnells. Fill in the missing episodes there and it frees up a Season 2 blu ray set.

In this current PC/Twitter meltdown climate I have a feeling The Crusade, with the amount of Black Face involved, may be left out in the cold and be tellesnap only on the box set.
