damn thing only has 1 hdmi port. never heard of a 60" hdtv with only 1 hdmi port

Holy crap, you're right. I've always seen them with a minimum of 2 and that's too few.

no, don't delete it. for some, it will be perfect!

for me, not so much. my old pre-amp will not function with my new cable HDDVR, so, i connect my hdmi direct to the tv for video and a digital coax from the box to the receiver. it's a situation like this that one needs the tv to have more than one hdmi port. same is true if your receiver doesn't support 3D but your tv does.

so for the individual with a modern receiver can connect everything to the receiver and only need the 1 hdmi port.

so, no need to delete the thread. at least people know the tv's limitations. it might still be a good tv and it's proably a really good buy for the money.

Not sure about how good of a buy it is (have not seen the tv) but I like many only use one hdmi slot in my tv.
