How bad is Ronald? The Wood family finds out when they move into a house with an extra the realtor didn’t know about: teenage Ronald, who’s been hiding in a secret room ever since he killed a neighbor girl. Ronald was a little weird when he entered the room. Now he’s creepy-scary crazy. And he finds the three pretty Wood daughters very, very interesting. A fine cast that includes Scott Jacoby (The Little Girl Who Lives Down the Lane), Kim Hunter (Planet of the Apes) and Dabney Coleman (Tootsie) maintains a nerve-tightening atmosphere of suspense as Ronald begins terrorizing the unsuspecting family. Bad Ronald. Great horror flick!

I was rummaging through some of my old DVDs earlier, the Warner Archive DVD of Bad Ronald stood out to me and I asked if we'd ever see it on Blu-ray. Guess my question has been answered.

The Last of Sheila should be announced any day now, it was right beside Bad Ronald and I wondered the same thing.

I don't own any WAC stuff so I dunno how they do things

What a delightful and unexpected surprise. The original release looked beyond terrible so any sort of upgrade will do wonders. Hopefully this means the original Don't be afraid of the dark isn't far off.

Yes. They include a menu, subtitles and sometimes special features. Warner Archive is actually a great company that always restores its titles. Buy with confidence.

I watched this when it was first broadcast. Man, do I feel old. Great to see it coming out from WAC.

Awesome! I just hope it's 100% remastered HD quality because their DVD-R doesn't look so hot. It looks not much better than VHS with washed out colors and all. Aspect ratio should be 1.33:1 as this is a 1974 ABC TV film.

Hopefully, WAC will use this art for the cover.

Is it possible this will be released by October?

Yes, Bad Ronald has its fans and a lot of us have wanted it in HD/on Blu-ray for a long time.
