WTF if up with that shit, i cannot believe HDDVD guys will settle for shit like that, we know why it got so a shitty encode but oh my god what garbage, i bet the dvd looks better.

that's what happened when warner put hd dvd encodes to BD. Fortunately, harry potter is not one of them

I watched about twenty minutes of it and shut it off; both the PQ and the movie were horrible.

The Ocean's films have always had a stylized look about them, from what I've seen the HD versions of the film are exactly how it looked in theaters.

While some parts look great in my opinions others look like they are bit rate starved, i think. The part where the little Chinese guy goes into the elevator shaft for example WTF happen there the encoder felt sleep

But the HD DVD has TrueHD, so it's not like it won't have lossless.
