I voted for I Love Lucy but would've picked The Andy Griffith Show or Petticoat Junction as my favorite. You don't like the Jefferson years of MWC?

From that list, I have to go with I Love Lucy. Still one of the funniest TV shows ever.

Married with Children I only watched off and on over the years, until the studio audience started ruining for me; they just got unbearable after awhile. The Addams Family was good but I was never that dedicated to it. Never seen Rocko's Modern Life and The Three Stooges are film shorts, so I don't count them even though at least a few generations now have only ever seen them on television.

Married with Children, easy. It's still funny by today's standards given the atmosphere of the show.

Although, I need to go back and rewatch Rocko's Modern Life. I am sure it would be second place.

Three Stooges - Curly Era would be third place (but may get second depending on how Rocko fares with a rewatch by me now).

I haven't seen (save for Andy Griffith which my Step-father watched repeatedly) and wouldn't be interested in those other shows , but i was a big fan of Married With Children when it was on. I catch an episode every great once in awhile. Still funny and fun to look it.

So , my vote is MWC.

My vote would be a tie, between I Love Lucy and The Addams Family. Despite their vast differences, both presented what was usually a successful two-parent family. Married With Children was all about Peg being the boss, Al the idiot, and neither kid listening to them with any consistency. I've never seen Rocko's Modern Life, and The Three Stooges was more of a slapstick variety show, than a traditional sitcom.
