I just started watching Lake Placid and I noticed 2 audio choices
English: DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 English: DTS-HD Master Audio 2.0 I'm listening with headphones and I was switching between the 2 and I'm sure 5.1 sounds better is this just in my head or will 5.1 actually sound better even though I'm using sennheiser hd201 headphones. Thanks |

I was thinking of this too. I don't have a surround system, and I can't take advantage of lossless audio, but I have stereo speakers with a 1/8" cable into my TV, because it's better than nothing. But what happens with a 5.1 mix when it plays through in stereo?

Unless you are outputting lossless and have good headphones. My PC system outputs LPCM 2.0 and it sounds great through my headphones.
