According to HighDefDigest.com the Initial D live action movie will be coming out to Blu-Ray disc on January 22, 2008 and the Tai Seng company has chosen Blu-Ray as its HD format. And it includes an English dub voice track

guess at least its a good sign though that more HK movies are getting on Blu

im not saying its going to be a great release but its better then it going to hd-dvd side

^ yeah, but its one of those movies that just stay as a dvd... it was really bad. I can't stand Jay Chou

Any on blu right now and not on hddvd is good because there is someone out there who likes this movie and will make them a blu supporter. I don't know who those people are, but theres got to be some

i liked the movie a lot, of course it's not as good as the anime, but great entertainment nonetheless. I'll be purchasing this.

i will def be supporting blu ray and buying it! its not that great of a movie it steers wayyy wayyy off from the anime which is my favorite anime on the planet!
