Warner Brothers Expired slips

Has anyone had any luck getting Warner Brothers to issue a new code for expired slips? Whenever I try they ask for copies of the receipt. Who keeps the receipt for that long.

I have 2 slips I am trying to get new codes for. Is there a trick to it?

Just send the picture of the disc and slip, ignore the request for the receipt

I've used receipts from Big Lots and Pawn Shops that just say BLU or DVD etc...they are getting more stringent with replacement codes so it just depends on how determined you are to get a replacement.
