Hello! I live in the US, but I've only had awful experiences with them.
Everything from charging for something i didn't order, discs never mailed, etc. The list goes on and on. I would not recommend them as a retailer. That said, everything i've ever called them out on, they have fixed. But depending on what you're looking to get, you might be better off elsewhere.

International shipping is outrageously expensive. I was going to buy the BD of The Lady from Shanghai a couple of years ago, but baulked when I got to the checkout page.

Since DVD World USA (a major source for R1 DVD for my collection) went under, I have had to look for other sources. I'm currently using Barnes & Noble and Ebay, but a few more couldn't hurt.

Agree with this comment. If you are outside US forget it. Shipping is something like $30 or $40 for a single BD, as they insist on sending via a tracked next day courier like DHL etc for overseas shipping to UK.
