That's what I thought this was at first.

I've seen little of the show, but it's not something I'd have ever expected would get released atleast not before Archie, so that's cool. Wonder if they'll do Outer Space eventually.

It's a spinoff of the Archie comic, but two different animation companies did the cartoons - Hanna-Barbera did Josie, Filmation did Archie and Sabrina. Not sure who currently has the license to the Filmation cartoons.

DreamWorks Classics/Universal has ownership to those cartoons via Entertainment Rights.

Will definitely pick this up at some point. This series has always been a guilty pleasure. Hopefully the strange Outer Space spinoff gets a release too. Also worth noting that the crossover episode with Scooby-Doo is included in this release:

That episode is the one though that has real audio issues on that New Scooby-Doo Movies BluRay.

I remember, but I don't own the set myself to notice how bad it is. I guess there's a small chance that recent pressings quietly fixed the episode (they did it on iTunes)? I've heard of that happening before.
