The Japanese digipak is region, but not English friendly. It does look amazing though!

The Hong Kong version is Region A and English friendly, I believe:

Use this YesAsia link for reference for the BluRay/3D/DVD Asian releases (JP, HK, TW, KOR). The German steelbok is region B locked.
