Carry On is returning with two new films and a new British cast:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-36316574 This is an unbelievably stupid idea. The Carry On films are hugely iconic examples of British comedy and should be left well alone. The fact that they're using a new cast rather than bringing back the actors still alive like Barbara Windsor and Jim Dale says it all really. Also: 'Carry On Campus'? Are they seriously going to do a Carry On film that takes place on a University campus?!? Carry On Doctors is just unoriginal, given that there have already been Carry on Doctor films. |
