just looking at a couple of website that say pre order halloween 4&5 on blu ray in october, are these re-releases of the blurays??

Madman looks to be releasing it on December 4 from what I can see.

I just want decent editions of 6, 7 and 8..

Even though 8 blew chunks. H20 was pretty damn good, and 6 had it's moments thanks to the carry on cast from 4 and 5.

Via Vision (who are distributed through Madman) will be releasing Halloween 2 & 3 on December 4th

I would prefer to purchase the Australian editions of 4 & 5 instead of the UK editions, as I prefer the original artwork. I wonder what extras will be included on the Aussie editions.

I like the old DVD artwork but I also like the new ones, the art with the red behind it and the art with the gray behind it, guessing they are the UK and US versions, I hoping for some kickass special features.

I'm also hoping that 6 and H20 get an aussie blu ray release soon, apparently the H20 US release is pretty bad, lets hope they fix it up for an Australian release, I also heard a rumor that they are releasing Halloween 666, I hope so as it is a much better movie.

The German releases of 4 & 5 (MediaBooks) include the special features from the UK and US versions (commentaries, discussion panel) as well as the 'Inside Halloween 4' feature from previous DVD versions.

You mean the Producers Cut of Halloween 6? It's different, but it doesn't improve it all that much imo. It's really just one of those alternate versions that is nice to have in a collection.

JBhi today had a horror sale on movies and I found them, surprised me actually,I found 4 and was looking for 5 and found it. lol only $12 each. I also picked up poltergeist and the scream 1-4 boxset.

p.s hurry up 6 and H20!!!
