Production values appear to be top notch. I stopped the trailer halfway, though. It's one of those where they condense the entire film into a few minutes. Anyway, looks good.

Looks honestly quite horrible. Jeffrey Nachmanoff is far from anyone I would put any form of hope into when it comes to filmmaking. Talk about a needle in the eye!

Pulled from release schedule

Was originally set for release on August 24. With Slender Man supposedly being sold to another studio, it's entirely possible A.X.L. may be the only movie to open nationwide on that date.

I was wondering whatever happened to this movie. It felt like the kind of thing that would eventually get dumped directly to VOD. But glad we finally get to see it one way or another

This could almost be a prequel of I, Robot mixed up with Ex-Machina and Surrogates.

We saw it yesterday. It was alright.
This would have worked better as a black comedy.
The story is a serious subject, but the way scenes plays out and how some of the dialogue goes it comes close to being cheesy at moments.

There is a cgi moment in the beginning and end that looks horrible, but it is short.
And Alice Eve looks great in her jogging outfit.

I would give this a 6.5/10, but I have no urge in watching it again nor buying it.
