I had to contact someone from http://www.inside12x12.com/ to get my Harry Potter replacement disc. From the website, it seems they handle e-commerce and warehouse stuff.

Today Inside 12X12 manages 24 hour e-commerce web sites, maintains a full service in-bound Tele-services call center, and offers design, packaging, fulfillment and warehouse services to a variety of corporate customers.

Maybe this company is not on the ball. After shipping canceled orders, maybe Warner will drop these guys in favor of a better company to manage their inventory. Just some speculation.
