Default R.L. Stine’s The Haunting Hour

Just announced was a new horror anthology from the creator of Goosebumps called The Haunting Hour to premiere on the new channel The Hub. I can't wait for this I loved the Goosebumps series and still watch them today.

Yeah I also really liked that movie and hope the show can keep the feel and atmosphere that the movie had for the series.

Parts of that movie were filmed just a few miles from my house.

Yes!

The Haunting Hour and Mostly Ghostly we're alright but I hope it feels more like the old show. Either way I'm excited!

Nope Goosebumps, Are you Afraid of the Dark? and So Weird were childhood favorites that don't come close to some of the things today. Just hope I can add this show to that list.

Shame I missed out on So Weird. There was also Eerie Indiana. Don't think I saw much of that.

Well I'll hope for the best for this show.

Very creepy sneak peak at the first episode and the show will be premiering October 29th. That was one creepy doll and looks to be a good series so far and the channel is doing very good so hopefully this show will be around for awhile.

Many Saturday mornings I remember eating cold dominoes pizza and watching Goosebumps as a kid. I will have to check this out. But one thing is for sure Lilly D is frakking creepy! I don't see this ending well.

Yeah I remember rushing home and watching it right away one of my favorite shows as a kid. Still watched it now at 20 when CN aired them last year and the year before.

Sorry looks like it won't be premiering on October 29th but will show the first 2 episodes which is one story as a sneak peak with the show starting at a later date. Cool how they are giving us 2 part episodes like Goosebumps used to do but I hope we don't have to wait till next year for it to start.

Yeah I thought for sure this would be an October show for Halloween but now looks like we either have to wait till next Halloween or it will start this Spring or Summer which won't be as cool as a fall start date. One cool thing is it's start date won't really be affected by ratings as the channel seems to be doing very good.

Just finished the 2 part pilot and I really enjoyed the series and can't wait for more. Really good episode that reminded me of Goosebumps and Are You Afraid of the Dark and a pretty creepy episode to.

Forgot completely about this, lol. Oh well that doll freaked me out from the preview too much. I HATE dolls.
