Looking for advice (~70" LCD)

I'm moving into a new house in a few weeks. I have a large family room (about 20'x18') that I've already wired for surround sound. I upgraded to the Denon AVR-2313 receiver, and now want to upgrade from my 52" Samsung from 5 years ago.

I'd like 3d and smart capabilities and would like the set to be in the 70" range, and under $3000.

I'd also like to purchase from Best Buy because of the 0% financing options, and I'm old fashioned and don't trust that size purchase being mailed safely if I purchased online.

With that criteria I'm seeing the Samsung 75" UN75H7150AFXZA $2999

or a few different models of the Sharp Aquos Series.

There is also a 70" LG 70LB7100 $2399

I was wondering if anyone has any experience or opinions with these sets. I'm open to other options too if anyone has any suggestions beyond the listed options.

I'm happy with my current Samsung, and the 75" above seems like a nice from what I'm reading for reviews. I don't mind spending the extra, especially since it's larger than the other models, but don't want to spend the extra and get a lesser quality than the others.
