Nice they were able to use this artwork. I would have bet money on bad photoshopped faces cover. I recall seeing the movie trailer for this a millions times back when it first came out.

Same with Drop Dead Gorgeous from New Line I wish that could get a blu release.

Kiss Meets the Phantom was a Hanna-Barbera production that just sounds crayzie.

Damn!!! I hope this gets a decent transfer and some outstanding extras! Most definitely picking this up day one as long as it's not a bare-bones release.

The DVD had a solid lineup of extras (commentary from Kiss

). Warner are usually pretty good about porting over extras so hopefully they all make it

It's cool that this movie is coming to BD but I may just stick with my DVD copy. Otherwise, it'd be a day one buy.

Nit-pick with the DVD- in the bathroom scene, you could clearly see a microphone in the mirror, but that was "fixed" for the DVD. They'll likely also update the New Line Cinema opening and closing.

Wow, I can't believe this is finally coming out. This was the movie, believe it or not, that turned me into a diehard KISS fan. Day one for sure!

I was never a huge KISS fan myself, but growing up I did wear out my 45 of I Was Made for Lovin' You.

I've never seen this film myself, so now looks like a great time to remedy that. Now I definitely want KISS Meets the Phantom of the Park.

We may have to settle for the KMTPOTP theatrical release DVD that came with one of the KISSology sets.

UNLESS... Gene Simmons somehow reads this thread, and then we'll hear about a superspecial BD release box set, with exclusive KISS cupcake tins or hedgeclipper or some such thing.

BTW I'lll be picking DRC up on Blu. Never got the DVD, for some reason.

I own all 3 of the "Kissology" sets and forgot that KMTPOTP was on "Kissology" volume 2.
