Loved this movie so much. Really disappointed there’s no 4K (maybe international, like in Germany perchance?). It’s on iTunes today in 4K (HDR only, no DV), so I’m happy with that and might get the Blu if a 4K isn’t announced somewhere soon.

Finally got to see this on VOD after missing it in theaters. Incoherent as hell but pretty fun!

I've seen people call this movie incoherent a lot on reddit/letterboxd/wherever and I...don't understand lol. The narrative of this was extremely straightforward to me

I just can't in good conscious pick this up. Too many movies release with just a BR only for a 4K to pop up exactly a year later.

Really wish that Dazzler hadn't cancelled the 4K release in the UK. Guess I'm gonna have to live with the 4K digital copy. Saw this one twice in theaters and really enjoyed it.

Set me straight here. The U.S. release from Decal will have bonus features but the UK release from Dazzler will not?

I don't know about incoherent but at about an hour in I realized I didn't know what was going on. Then I read the wikipedia plot summary up to that point. Then I was able to follow ok until the end.

Based on one retail listing I’m not even convinced they were planning a 4K or if it was just an error.

I'm holding off hope another boutique puts it out on 4K, maybe in another "region". Not doing these 6-12month double dips anymore.

I really enjoyed this one when I saw it in cinemas and I'm also extremely disappointed it's not getting a 4K, it's gorgeous and absolutely deserves one.

Aren't Decal Releases usually inexpensive? I believe I got Immaculate for $15, and it's one of the only two movies I have from that label (I have 2022's Breaking, but that was a gift from a friend).

They're usually under $20.

NEON are releasing Immaculate on 4K in December. I wonder if it's an inevitability that Cuckoo will get a 4K release 6 months later?
